My telephone line, (from telegraph pole to house) is sagging following work on my chimney. It is rubbing on the top of the tiles. Openreach say I should contact my broadband provider. But this is proving difficult (hard of hearing).

@dimp5 its probably worth getting yourself registered with Sky's accessibility team. They will be able to provide alternative methods of communication for you.
