So the simplest solution would be to purchase cordless DECT phones. The base station phone plugs into the Hub. You then place additional linked handsets wherever you want in the house. They just need to be near a normal plug socket. They then are automatically linked to the base station phone.
The old style phone sockets in the wall are redundant.
