phoneline isnt working

i dont know if i have internet calls or not but the phone is plugged into the filter box as usual, the internet is still working but the phone is completely dead and hasnt been working since the 26th

I'm assuming you haven't recently upgraded your broadband service or been sent a new broadband Hub - is that correct?
