Hi wall socket and no dial tone, same as last time 2 weeks ago. Someone said it was fixed, but no dial tone but have broadband.

If it doesn't detect the fault, we can alert Sky again so that you can report it, if you wish?

Just tried it no good . I have just rang my number from my mobile, recorded message says phone line unavailble. so phone line still not working. Need someone to fix it properly .

Yes, worked for 2 weeks and now nothing. Same problem as before.

The only way i reported it last time was this way as i have no other way to get in touch with sky.
