phone line not working 2nd time in a month

This is the second time this month phone  line not working, not happy.

You need to report the fault to Sky, then.

Can you give us some details? No dial tone? Does your phone plug into a wall socket? Or into your Hub?

Hi wall socket and no dial tone, same as last time 2 weeks ago. Someone  said it was fixed, but no dial tone but have broadband.

Have you tried the same connection test (you never know) even though your broadband is ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

If it doesn't detect the fault, we can alert Sky again so that you can report it, if you wish?

Just tried it no good .  I have just rang my number from my mobile, recorded message says phone  line unavailble. so phone line still not working. Need someone to fix it properly .

I have had enough of trying everything, ineed someone to come out and fix it.

Yes, worked for 2 weeks and now nothing. Same problem as before.

I've alerted Sky again. You can report it the same way as you did previously.

The only way i reported it last time was this way as i have no other way to get in touch with sky.
