hi, can someone advise please , there is no dialing tone on landline phone , cant make or receive calls , we have done all the help fixes and nothing , we have even bought a new phone and still nothing , this has been over a week now .

hi, we have bought a new phone yesterday and that has no dial tone , when we rang off mobile it rings but no ring on landlne phone , we have put phone directly into phone socket and still no dial tone nothing .

hi , this just happened out of the blue a week ago , its been fine for years , we got a sky q router , but we got rid of sky tv and just kept broadband & sky talk .
