my phone is not working even though you came 21st september to fix this can you please send someone

my phone is not working again even though  you came 21st to fix it it stopped working yesterday 27th september can you please fix it

@janet+west  You are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself. How did you get an engineer to attend the last time?
