Over the last few days, I have not been able to receive incoming calls - its just rings out, but I have been able to make calls. Within the last hour I now cannot make any calls, and if you try and ring the number it just cuts off.
Any ideas.

We have been with Sky for many years. Never had any issues with the phone line. At some point over the last few days/weeks we have stopped receiving incoming calls but were able to make outgoing. Today we have been unable to make outgoing calls. Broadband is working fine.

If no fault is detected, you'll need to report the issue,to Sky.if you have a Sky mobile, it's 150. Otherwise,you can find the number to call via the 'need more help' link at the bottom of this page: www.sky.com/help/home
Best to leave it until tomorrow to call as the contact centres are being affected by the global IT issue.
