loud buzz on landline
Last week we were upgraded to full fibre broadband. The internet speed is now great, but there’s a loud buzz on our corded phone which makes the landline unuseable.
The phone is plugged into the new Sky Max router. The router has been rebooted several times [leaving it for a couple of minutes].
The same phone worked fine when it was plugged into the Openreach socket.
Sky have suggested ‘electrical interference from a nearby device’. The phone sits adjacent to the PC, as it always has. There’s nothing else within ten feet.
Further calls to Sky have resulted in an assurance that someone would call us back. This has never happened.
What can we do to get our landline back?

Good Morning @climber99, sorry to see you're having problems with your Sky Talk landline since upgrading to Sky Full Fibre and after reporting this issue you haven't had a call back as promised 😕
I'll send you an invite to a private chat shortly and we can help work towards a resolution and get rid of this awful loud buzz!
