plugge in to router when told to by sky and its not working

@owvine can you give us some background to this? Are you switching to Sky? Or upgrading your broadband service? Or simply installing a replacement broadband Hub?

Thanks for asking ... i had a problem connecting my land line to router

what with the old copper lines being phased out etc initially it didnt work when i

plugged it in so i was tryng to find some help before phoning up Sky etc..

But ... it was as easy as turning off the router and letting everything reset 🙄🤔😄

...so all ok over here mate thanks👍

@owvine glad the old switch it off and switch it on again worked! Don't hesitate to post again in the unlikely event that anything else crops up.
