cust order, his BB order shows complete with his number he wanted to keep, all calls out are great but calls in are going to VM, cust has spoken with previous provider and they say they still have the cust number and cust is still paying them, this was completed 29th July, can you help as one help hasn't got anything that will help me, can anybody help?
