landline has terrible crackling sound when i make or receive calls
I tried ringing the sky help line, I get and automatic answering service. It asks me if I'm Home. I answer yes but then it says "Sorry you need to be at home to get help" I'm at home and I'm using the home landline???? The machine I will be contacted by text but I never get same.
This is very frustrating. Why is it soooooo difficlut to contact sky if you have a problem?
