landline fault
How do I report a landline fault. I have sky talk and cant ring out or receive calls

Has it been working up til now? Any recent changes to your subscription?
Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start
