how do i get faster engineer visit for elderly relative?

elderly relative has phone issues. Fastest appointment is 2 days away, needs phone like for medical emergency support. I've called 20+ times but cannot get through useless automated voice system. How do I actually get to speak with someone?

They will have been provided with the earliest possible date. 2 days in quite good for Openreach as their 'target' repair time is 2 working days.

Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
