been having ongoing problems with crackling on the Skytalk landline, for a month or so now.
swapped over cables and bought a new phone as the previous phone was pretty old so thought maybe that was the problem. nope, crackling still there.
can make and receive calls and broadband has been tested and is working fine ...its just this damned very loud crackling all the time.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later. They can check the line and if necessary pass any fault to Openreach for investigation.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

sorry but i failed to follow up on Sky's response to this problem. The problem is still there , is in fact worse and the landline is now completely unusable. cant receive or make calls
can we have another go at fixing this
