drop out
when making a phone call you can hardley heare the other person talking wiith all the background noise.

@SKYXUQDK first try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband seems to be ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If it doesn't detect a fault, you'll need to report it to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
