calling 09 numbers

My mother has large bills for calling 09 numbers, is there a way to block calling any of these numbers on her sky landline?

Yes, I believe if your mother calls Sky, they can block calls to premium rate numbers.

Premium rate and international call barring.

Once activated, it stops calls being made to international numbers or premium rate numbers - the ones that start with 09, others that don't start with 09, or 118 aren't included.
