trying to set up call divert to a mobile number, i have followed the instruction and just says this isnt possible, cant get to speak to anyone to help resolve.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCall divert only works if you've activated the service with Sky. To do that you need to call them on 150.
