broadband engineer hasn’t turned up

Waiting on sky broadband engineer.

 

was meant to arrive between 8am and 1pm and hasn't. 
i know it's only 30 minutes later but I've got school runs and swimming lessons to do and I don't want to miss them if they was to come. 
I've had no phone call or email either
