We're having FTTP installed in a couple of days, from which time our (currently landline) phone will need to be plugged into the hub to make/receive calls.
The telephone is currently plugged into a wall socket from which several other wired extensions are connected. What do we need to do to make sure these extensions will still work? If we need to get some extra kit it would be handy to know so it can be got in advance.

There's no straightforward lor Sky approved solution for cabled phone extensions. The best solution is likely to be a cordless DECT phone, where the cabled base station is plugged into your Sky Hub. You can have as many cordless handsets as you need, which connect wirelessly to the base station.

Oh - that's disappointing. Thanks for the response anyway.

The technique is known as VRI (for Voice Re-Injection) but while Openreach apparently intended it to be an option, ISPs are not offering it to subscribers. You'll find some possible solutions online, but none are recommended.
