Waiting on our landline phone

we have recently moved home and are waiting for our new landline number as moved out of the London region and into Medway Kent.

We were informed that we would receive a new number, but as yet we haven't.

Please can this be rectified ASAP.

Not very happy with the delay.

Has your broadband/phone service been activated? If so dial 17070 on your landline and the recorded message will tell you your number. If you have Internet calls, your phone must be plugged into your broadband Hub, not the wall socket.
