My Mother is 85 and forgetful. She is currently being plagued with scam calls pretending to be from her Bank. How can i speak with someone at Sky about any help that can be offered?

@Euan14 scam/spam calls have no defining characteristics which Sky would be able to use to identify them as such.
Your mother could try activating the Sky Talk Shield and use it to screen incoming calls.
Calls from numbers he knows to be genuine can be added to a 'Star' list and be put straight through to her. Calls from numbers not known or anonymous calls are intercepted and the caller made to announce themselves. Your mother can then choose whether or not to accept the call.
In my experience of a similar, non-Sky system, nuisance callers rarely bother to proceed if the call isn't picked up by a human voice.

Re: Vulnerable customer plagued with scam calls
Hi Mark,
Thanks, I have been looking at that, but again she is 85 and can't do anything with technology. I'd been trying to find someone at Sky i could speak with about registering ther power of attorney I have, so i could do it for her, and I think I've found the way to do it.
Appreciate you responding.
Regards, Euan

@Euan14 yes, it did occur to me that the Shield might be a bit too much for your mum.
If you haven't come across it, here's Sky's help on registering a power of attorney: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/third-party-assistance
