VoIP problems

I had sky fibre installed on Thursday. The engineer plugged the phone into the router and said it should be active within 24 hours. I would see the light on the front of the router when all good. It is now Sunday and phone is still not working? I need this phone working as a high priority please help!

@sophiemel  Have you re-booted the router since the install on Thursday?
