Unable to make calls

I can receive calls on my landline, but I am unable to make calls out

Any background to this? Are you new to Sky broadband/landline, or recently upgraded your broadband service? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now?

Hey there! 

The problem could be related to billing, calling restrictions, or faulty lines. If you use VoIP, be sure to restart your router and also check for any problems your provider has regarding service restrictions.
