Trouble with house phone

Can you help, I have no dialling tone on my phone and when people call it's ringing there end but I'm not receiving the call? The wires ect look ok thanks in advance

Spoke with @Mrsharris24 and line checks found external fault so booked external Openreach engineer

No the broadband is working fine, it's really odd

Does your phone plug into a standard openreach mastersocket or into the back of the sky hub?
