Telephone not working

Telephone has lost connection, however work perfectly when connected directly into telephone socket, however, I then lose wifi...any thoughts?

@RogerDebbie  Did this happen out of the blue or have you recently joined Sky or upgraded your package with Sky?

You have to connect both cables from the junction box to the router.

Out of the blue, I have followed all the online guidance from Sky and even had call with them to try identify fault remotely, now they have agreed to send engineer
