Telephone not making

Hi 

just joined sky from virgin

all ok with streaming and broadband but telephone not making or receiving calls 

when I plug phone in it says check phone line ?

all lights green on hub and checked no issues on tel no 

any help much appreciated

@Johnglenn  Are you plugging the phone into the UK Phone port on the back of the hub?

@Johnglenn  Can you confirm the voice light is green?  If yes can you unplug the hub and then plug back in and allow to reboot?

When did your broadband go live, was it today ?

Broadband live the 9th August 

but virgin deal expires today I think

@Johnglenn it can be up to 24 hours post activation before the landline service is available. If the service was activated today, try restarting your Hub tomorrow, by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds.
