Impossible to have a conversation as the lines are dreadful!

If you aren't a new customer and you haven't done it yet, try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband

as the above reply said have you tried testing your line ? if so what was the result ?, if that comes back as no fault then have you tried using different phones and are you FTTP (full fibre) or ADSL ?
