Telephone line has gone dead, cannot contact Sky!

My broadband and TV are both fine but my telephone line went dead yesterday and I'm now completely unable to make or receive any calls. I cannot find any way to contact Sky for help with this! All they say online is to 'call them' - well I can't, because my landline is dead, and I live in an area with zero mobile coverage. Communication-wise, I'm currently totally cut off.

 

Can anyone please advise the best way to get this sorted when I'm unable to call Sky? I tried the virtual assistant which was useless and I've already checked everything regarding the actual phone, connections, wires, power etc etc...

Any recent changes to your broadband subscription? Or are you new to Sky?

 

First try the connection test here, irrespective of whether or not your broadband is working ok. If it detects a fault, you should be able to book an engineer there and then.

I followed your advice and the fault has now been fixed in under 24hrs. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.
