Hi recently had work done in my kitchen which has affected the landline wire. I need to get this relocated. Would a sky engineer be able to do this. The original provider was BT?

If this is the master phone socket, Sky can usually relocate it. Extension sockets are a houseowner's responsibility and something you would need to organise yourself with a local handyman.
