Talk no go
Switched to sky last week, landline has not ever worked, tried all the things they said, nothing worked. I'm in my 80's and disabled, tech illiterate . Need a wifi landline.

Welcome to the Community.
It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation date. Presumably you've got the phone plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?
