Talk Shield still not accessible. This has been ongoing for a couple of years. FIXED WHEN?
Unable to access Talk Shield, says "Ooops, appears to be an error" or similar. This has been ongoing for a couple of years. Are Sky working on it? I've phoned Sky several times about this and nobody seems to give me any kind of answer.

@GeminiLass yes, it's a long outstanding fault.
I suspect, as it doesn't affect every Sky Talk Shield user and there's a workaround using your phone handset, it doesn't have a high priority.
