Unable to receive calls on previously working router connected handset.
I have Talk Shield activated and it has been working fine ie incoming callers being asked to say their name and press a specific number key, it then rings and announces the name and requires the matching number to validate and connect. Currently callers are being asked to say their name and press a number, it then rings the phone (no announcement) but as soon as it's answered the caller is told "unable to connect you at this time" and the call is dropped. I have added my mobile number to the Star list and this works OK. There are no numbers in the Blocked list. Anyone idea what's going on?
