Contact you yesterday ref sky talk not working incoming and outbound calls you organised a technical engineer to come Sunday between 10.oo and 12.00 today phone is working ok engineer not required thank you

@Stevem16 welcome to this Community of customers 🙂. I'm afraid you're not contacting Sky here, and it's unlikely they'll respond to your post - they have no way to directly cross reference your Community account to your Sky details. Best to call them free on 150 to cancel.

It's also worth pointing out that cancelling an appointment on the day, or on the day before the appointment is set for may incur a £25 charge.
