Sky Talk is incorporated in your Broadband subscription. You need to make sure your Sky Talk tariff is set to Sky Pay As You Talk therefore if you make no calls they'll be no call charges. Call Sky to change to that tariff if necessary. You'll still be able to receive incoming calls.

Re: Skytalk
You have to have some sort of Sky Talk package with Sky Broadband so if you make no outgoing calls then you can call Sky on 150 to ask them to change your Talk package to pay as you talk whereby you are only charged for calls that you make and yes you can receive incoming calls.
