You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

We obviously can't see you bills. Have you compared this bill to a previous one to see what's different? Has a discount expired or have you dialled a non inclusive number for example?

@Sue280 if you're on the default Pay as you Talk package the cost of calls is unpleasantly high. If you use your phone for anything more than occasional calls you would probably be better off signing up to one of the call packages which, for a monthly subscription, allow inclusive calls at no extra cost (within limits).

Roughly speaking, making an hour of outbound calls on the default PAYG tariff in any given month costs more than the monthly Sky Talk Anytime Extra add-on for unlimited minutes.
