@Duncan65 Have you had any change with sky, where is the landline phone currently plugged in too!

No nothing has changed with my sky and phone is plugged into the main phone socket

@Duncan65 Allways been that way was working before then you need to call sky by another method ie mobile phone and report the phone as not working. Number to call is in the link below, just see the need more help, scroll down until you see the number.
