Sky talk

I'm getting sky broadband installed but they sent me a message that I'm getting sky talk as well which I don't want i can't get in touch with anyone about this so can anyone help

Sky Talk is packaged with Sky Broadband. If you don't want to use a landline phone just ask Sky to be on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff and you'll only pay for calls that you actually make.

The chances are you might be put on the pay as you talk package by default so if t isn't clear from your account what package you will be on then you will need to ask Sky as per the post from @Daniel0210
