Still cannot access Sky Talk Shield online to block or allow numbers to get through on landline, this has been going on for at least two years now why hasn't it been fixed ?

Only Sky could tell you, if they chose to.

As there's a reasonable workaround using your phone handset, I suspect it's not considered to be a high priority fix.

I am having the same issues since june. They kept telling me it was my settings and I spent hours/days resetting and reinstalling my apps and passwords.
