Help please! My elderly parents have Sky talk shield and all of a sudden it has started to block the doctors surgery withheld number! I've tried to put it on the star list but it won't let me. Any ideas how to sort this please? Thanks

@Moggy77 Have you tried to turn it off and back on? If the call is logged then you should be able to add this to the star list or is it not letting you do this?
