Sky talk not working

I am disabled and need a reliable communication service. 27 September I had my broadband and talk installed and still I'm unable to use talk. Will it get solved quickly and will I be compensated for the service not working

Welcome to the Sky Community.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering problems with your Sky Talk.

 

Some things to check:

  • Is your phone plugged in to the back of your hub?
  • If you have the white Sky Max hub, there's a WPS button on the side. Can you hold this down for 30 seconds, so that the hub does a factor reset. Once the hub restarts itself, the white light will come on. At this stage, make sure you can get online and then check to see if you can make calls.

You've mentioned that you are disabled, did you know that we have an accessibility service? You can find out more information about the service, the team and contact them online via their dedicated website.
