Account holder is 83year old and lives alone. I'm his daughter living in UK. I can't phone him to check he is okay- "line currently unavailable" - nor will he realise there if is a hub issue. The broadband connectivty seems okay. I haven't his MAC number on router.
How can I contact a person to discuss? Bot and expert help numbers closed until tomorrow. I don't mind the cost as I'm anxious to speak to him tonight to check he is okay.
