Sky talk anytime

Why am I still being charged £13.50 for sky talk anytime if I have upgraded to Ultra Broadband which states that this is already included

Are you seeing a £13.50 charge then on the same bill a £13.50 credit for it ?

Typically Sky Talk Pay to Talk is bundled: Sky Talk Anytime (effectively 'free' calls) is not.

Note that seeing 'Free' on the billing against Sky Talk Internet Calls is not the same thing as Sky Talk Anytime: it means the voice call service provision is not being charged for separately rather than free outbound calls are available.

I wish  Sky would remove 'Free' from the billing because it causes a lot of confusion.

Agree. It's disingenuous if not misleading.

I think it's dreadful, and would hope it's something that Ofcom might have an opinion about.
