Sky shield server error

Everytime I try to log in to shield its comes up with server error.  This has been like this for months. How can I access my shield account

Is this the Broadband or Sky Talk Shield and what is the error message ?

This error has been around for a while, and affects some customers only. Sky are aware, but so far haven't taken steps to fix it. 

 

Not so convenient but you can use the buttons on your phone to star or block users as a workaround: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/sky-talk-features/sky-talk-shield/articles/sky-talk-shield-us...
