Sky cable relocation

Hi, I need advice if I need sky to relocate a cable for me or if I can do it myself. The sky cable that is drilled through from outside, I need it in a new location. Do sky need to do this or can I source someone to do it myself?

You've posted in the Sky Talk (landline) forum. Is it the outside telephone cable that needs relocating?
