Hi, I have my broadband installed today. However, there is no cable for sky talk to connect to the phone. I think the engineer forgot to install the sky talk option. What should I do? Thanks.

@Ella+Ariana Sky don't provide a cable, and actually there shouldn't be a need for one. Just unplug your phone from the wall socket, and plug it into your broadband Hub instead.
