Sky Talk on Max Hub

Hi. I have swapped my Sky SR203 Hub for a SR213 as I wanted WiFi 6. Sky would not upgrade me to the SR213 so I am using one I have been given from someone who uses an ASUS hub and doesn't need it. WiFi performance is now brilliant but the phone will not work. The number you have dialled is temporarily unavailable. Sky Help just keep sending me messages asking me to power off the hub and ONT for an hour but this doesn't work. I can't see any settings in the hub for the phone. Is there anything else I can do.

Just to confirm - you do have a full fibre connection which includes the ONT? Did your phone work previously when plugged into the SR203?

Hi,

Yes, full fttp with ONT.

I think it worked with the 203 although I didn't use it much.

Note that's not a legitimate transfer: the Max Hub is on loan to the original user and should not be in the possession of anyone else.

Re: Sky Talk on Max Hub

Just plugged the old 203 back in and have an orange light on the front for Talk.

Just logged this with Sky and Openreach are coming out as they think it is an outside problem. I will post the outcome here.

Thanks.
