Sky Talk number has been changed.

I'm not receiving incoming calls. On investigation  using 17070 it appears the number associated with my line has been changed. How do I report this issue? It is urgent as my 99 year old mother can only call me on my landline number.

That will be a fault then, as the only situation in which a number would change deliberately is when switching to Sky (and then not always).

 

The quickest way to report it, if your line is still ok for outgoing calls, would be to give Sky a ring on 150.

Thanks, when I try to use 150 I get an announcement saying I can't call that number.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

 

In the meantime as you can make calls are you able to call your Mum ?
