Sky Talk call charges

Does anyone know why I am being charged 47p for making a call under 1 minute when the rates for calls from May 2022 are 22pm a minute?  I'm on the pay as you go tariff.  

 

I can't get through to customer services atm.

You've probably guessed we're mainly customers here.

 

There's a 25p connection charge for all calls.
