Sky Talk Shield still not working

There appears to be no progress on this since April when the last thread was closed. Currently plagued with scam calls but unable to block any. Any further news or information?

When I try to access the 'Sky Talk Shield'  page on Sky,com, I get the following message

 

Whoops, there's been an error

There's been an error loading the page and we can't change your settings right now. If you've just activated Sky Talk Shield it can take up to 24 hours before you can make changes. Please try again later.

Yes, it's an outstanding fault which affects some customers. If you give Sky a call they'll activate the Shield for you.

I already have this activated, but I am not able to get onto the portal to make any changes

This hasn't worked for months and checking through the threads, no one at Sky is doing anything about it☹️

I have been unable to access the Sky Talk Shield user setting menu, for well over a year now, it may even be longer as I only discovered the user interface problem about 14 months ago when I needed to ammend a number, it could have been inoperation for even longer as I never needed to use it until I discovered it not working,  I cannot access the user settings either on the Sky App, or The Sky Website, I have been using Talk Shield ever since it was launched, and it worked well at first, it is still active and working if I dial from my home phone, and I am able to add or remove numbers by using the search function, and it is still usable when a live call comes through.
But even today again I find the app and online account user functions inoperable with the "WHOOPS" Message, and Sky Customer Services are unhelpful, and do not offer any solution or compensation, I bet they are not really wasting IT Resources trying to fix the fault when all lines will soon be digital and most people are moving away from Landline Numbers, I read only around 47% of UK homes still have a Landline Number, and supposedly around 14% of those do not even use it or even have a phone plugged in to it, in 2016 there were over 86% of homes with an active frequently used landline number.
I used to have a Landline phone in every room, today I only have one handset in my Front Room, and apart from the odd SCAM caller there are only 2 people who call my landline number instead of my mobile, one is my 90 year old Mum and the other my Doctors, both which I have told to call my mobile and both ignore this, so hey I suppose it's no "Drama" it only partially works as intended, and I bet in the near future I will no longer be a Landline user either.

@froggythrower as explained earlier, it's a fault known to Sky which affects some, but not all subscribers. You can use the physical buttons on your handset as a workaround.
