Sky Talk Not Working

We switched to Sky Fibre a couple of weeks ago. We were told Talk would be acticated within 24 hours. We have been resetting the hub everyday but the voice light on the hub is still amber. We have tried all online guidelines.

OK, and (sorry I should have checked this with you as well) if your Hub has a Voice light which is lit, is your phone plugged into the Hub? It won't work in the usual wall socket.

Phone is pligged into hub, not wall socket. Voice light is amber.

Hi, got sky broadband and talk installed today. Phone isn't working, faint green light under voice. All is connected as it should be. Any advice?

@Annef51  Have you tried restarting the router to see if the voice light will turn the same green as the others?
